Situated just off Earls Court Road, Pembroke Mews is a part-cobbled through road and cul-de-sac located in the highly desirable Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The design brief for this 2000-square foot residential property called for a complete renovation to create a unique outdoor space that would provide an abundance of natural light throughout all three storeys of living space. A spectacular glass roof terrace, floor to ceiling windows and glass balustrades were instrumental in allowing the light to flood in from every direction and angle. This highly luxurious residential project called for significant structural alterations, as well as the replacement of the electrical & mechanical systems. Bespoke, custom-built cabinetry throughout and the installation of a B&W audio/video system were the finishing touches to this lavishly appointed home.
